It is said that with the accelerated evolution of science, technology, and regenerative medicine, the children of today will have an average lifespan that exceeds 100 years.
At the same time, the population decline and reevaluation of social security programs mean that we should not be blindly optimistic about our societies staying the same forever. For example, how will our working habits; serving as the foundation of our lives, change in such a future?
We believe that our mission at Grooves is to provide the push for a life full of happiness and abundance in the 22nd century.
To do so, we must find a way to continue leveraging technology, which is evolving at a speed that defies even Moore’s Law, in a way that provides value to society. Since our beginning in Japan in 2004, we at Grooves have provided people with a new way of discovering work, precisely because we live in the midst of a paradigm shift.
We will continue to provide value to the society of the future by achieving our goal, the development of the Work Shift infrastructure to create the future of working. Our infrastructure will provide pushes for more abundance and happiness.
